Click the radio button 'Use the following DNS server addresses:' and type in OpenDNS' addresses in the Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server fields.

Right.

WHAT following OpenDNS adressess? Those are numbers. Supposedly numbers I'm supposed to know off the back of my hand. This is what turned me off OpenDNS 5 years ago! What gives? <_<

Got 14 :P

The address bar is enough to spot them...though I took some time before seeing the AA one was a fake.

@Corona: AFAIK you can't choose your DNS server in Windows in any other way...

13/14 I also had a false postive (I didn't like the shifty look in it's eye)

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
