Moderators hazelnut Posted November 29, 2011 Moderators Share Posted November 29, 2011 Any chance you could run in debug mode to get the devs some logs? http://www.piriform.com/docs/speccy/troubleshooting-speccy/running-speccy-in-debug-mode Support contact https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general or support@ccleaner.com
Chaz7138
I tried to run C:\ProgramFiles\Speccy\Speccy.exe /debug and found that "debug" will not run. I keep getting a message that the program can't be located, however I have double checked to ensure that the path is correct execpt that "debug" is not listed in the folder. So I'm not sure where to go from here??
Alan_B
Not enough spaces in "C:\ProgramFiles\Speccy\Speccy.exe /debug" You need one more within ProgramFiles "C:\Program Files\Speccy\Speccy.exe /debug"
Moderators Nergal Posted December 1, 2011 Moderators Share Posted December 1, 2011 also you want /debug to be outside of the quotes the correctly formatted command line is "C:\Program Files\Speccy\Speccy.exe" /debug the " are important, you must type them or you will get the message you got (old windows bug is old). replace C:\Program files\speccy with the location of your speccy program if it is not in the default location ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. msr02816
I have a similar problem. Program crashes on the graphics analysis. My screen is 1600x900 resolution and I actually installed another driver which lowered the resolution to 1175xsomething, and speccy worked under that but my graphics were't right. I really like th program and hope someone can help me out with a solution. Super Fast
I have 32 Bit Windows 7 on my machine. But it doesn't crash on mine. Just shows 5 memory slots, which is wrong, because I only have 4. Should I do a debug log?

GoneToPlaid
Speccy 1.14.288 also frequenly crashes on my XP SP3 machine. The previous version did not, and I kind of wish that I had not deleted it. 288 seems to crash and either display nothing at all when analysing, or sometimes displays an error code and an error message under the RAM section.
