exclamation50 Posted October 15, 2011 Share Posted October 15, 2011 I use Windows 7 64 bit and CCleaner does not clean the username/appdata/local/temp files however if you start in safe mode and run CCleaner it seems to clean this folder. Alan_B Posted October 16, 2011 Share Posted October 16, 2011 I doubt that CCleaner is more aggressive in SAFE mode. In non-safe normal mode amongst the many extra processes and applications that are running, perhaps one of them has got a lock on one of its TEMP files.
