How do I activate the recovered files

I used Ccleaner to 'clean up' my drive and then found that it had deleted all passwords, sign-in's, etc. I then used Recuva to recover all files in Windows 7 which it did over 10 hours. How do I now use or re-install the old files to get back to the same status as the laptop was prior to the deletion? Thank you!!!

AFAIK

deleted all passwords, sign-in's, etc

can not be restored as if they were files (at the very least not for internet explorer and I doubt for any other modern browser)

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

You can recover the passwords if your using Firefox, as all the passwords for websites are stored in the Application Data folder inside the Mozilla folder.

But I do not know what browser you are using, nor if you are using 32 or 64 bit 7, so my help is a bit limited.
