wfgdhdfhfdhfh
There is "Defrag Freespace" and "Defrag Freespace (allow fragmentation)", but when using "Defrag Freespace", files are fragmented !? So whats the difference and can I defrag the free space without having fragmentation ?!
kroozer
I defragged free space only once, for the experience. It took less than 2 minutes and I saw no difference in the map. Did you read this?
wfgdhdfhfdhfh
If you select Defrag Freespace, Defraggler will fill up freespace chunks with whole files only. this is just a big fat lie......

wfgdhdfhfdhfh
What a great support, where no "official" answer is posted within weeks...
Moderators Augeas Posted October 17, 2011 Moderators Share Posted October 17, 2011 When you download Defraggler there's a big red X next to 'No support'. If by any chance you have paid for support then contact your support manager. Otherwise if nobody here can or will answer you then it's no use stamping your foot. UsernameUnknown
There is "Defrag Freespace" and "Defrag Freespace (allow fragmentation)", but when using "Defrag Freespace", files are fragmented !? So whats the difference and can I defrag the free space without having fragmentation ?! I know what you mean. I had this problem at first. Until I gave about 30 seconds of thought. The solution is.....Defrag the freespace first.... Then run the analysis. Click the file list tab after it has finished. see the files that are fragmented. Click the box to select all. When you do this the defrag button at bottom changes to Defrag Checked. Click that. After its over your files will be nice and neat.
