The new versions of CCleaner 3.11 and Defraggler 2.07 are bad coded.

Why do both programs start my Floppy-Disk?

The name is C-Cleaner, not A-Cleaner. What a crap.

You better should test your software before release.

Best Regards

W.

start your floppy drive? what do you mean?

they are (perhaps) detecting your drives as both show lists of drives, but I don't understand how this would possibly cause any concern much less a trolling comment like this. also c doesn't stand for c drive in ccleaner, it (used to) stand for the last word in the "sentence" you made.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

This was also reported in this topic which is actually two bugs. That other topic has more posts in it, etc., and a temporary solution until it's fixed.

in light of that I'm going to close this topic and expect further posts in the above referenced link.

To the original poster, if this is a seperate issue I will reopen this one at your request via private message (please include a link to this topic in the private message)
