br_549
index.dat deletes but.... returns as large file that was deleted??? System: XP Pro Moved "temporary internet" files to newly formed folder, "Temp", where it can be accessed quicker like always when setting up new PC in my various MS OS's. My assumption is I am missing something in my Custom Files delete as it is enabled to delete these folders and does but it keeps coming back with 1.90 MB vs. 32KB when I access the Internet & XP/MS recreates these files in the said folders??? Your assistance will be greatly apprecaited. C-ya

br_549
I know a lot about index.dat & that it is returned to original file location "cleaned" at 32KB but not at 1.90 MB, which is full of "urls". My question is why is it coming back as large file everytime... Thank you in advance for any options.
