How to export all cookies names to keep? Copy to other computer?

I have a desktop and a notebook computer.

On each of them I run CCleaner.

On bother approx 50 different cookies should be kept.

So when I add a cookie on e.g. my desktop the same cookie should be kept on the notebook.

WHere are the cookies names to keep stored?

Can I export the cookie names somehow on one computer, then copy it to another computer and finally import them into the CCleaner installation over there?

I found no export/import feature.

How else can I achiev this sync?

Thomas

I'm assuming but don't know off hand, perhaps they could be saved in ccleaner.ini if you enable it to save settings in the ini file:

1. Options > Advanced > Save all settings to INI file

2. Then open ccleaner.ini from its installed folder location in for example Notepad to see if your 'Cookies to Keep' are located in it. If they're in there you can then copy ccleaner.ini onto another computer which has CCleaner installed, or even use it with CCleaner Portable.

Andavari is right. I just tested to be sure.

Just go to start & in the run box, copy & paste the following text:

%programfiles%/CCleaner & hit your enter key.

CCleaner folder will open, & you will see 4 file types which will be:

CCleaner.exe, uninst.exe, ccleaner.ini, & Lang.folder

Before you begin, open CCleaner.exe & go to Options tab, then click cookies.

Verify all the cookies you need are in the keep list.

Then, go to Advanced under Options tab, & click "Save all settings to INI file"

Now, insert your flash drive that you want to use to import the settings to another computer, & wait till it shows it is installed or inserted.

Right-click on ccleaner.ini, & choose send to (name of flash drive)

You can now use safe eject to unplug your flash drive.

To import, insert the same flash drive to the computer you wish to import to, then navigate back to CCleaner folder using the same process as before:

Just go to start & in the run box, copy & paste the following text:

%programfiles%/CCleaner & hit your enter key.

Open your flash drive, right click the ccleaner.ini you saved to it earlier, then choose copy.

In your CCleaner folder, be sure CCleaner is closed, then right click a blank area inside that folder & choose paste.

That will have your cookie keep list imported as you wish.

Edit: If CCleaner is in a non-standard location, just navigate to the saved location, then be sure your cookies are saved as you wish, & be sure you have the settings saved to .ini.

The rest should be pretty much the same. Right click ccleaner.ini, send to flash drive, etc, etc.

Thank you for confirming. I never keep any cookies myself, so I wasn't about to test it.

Same here!!

With using Sandboxie I don't get cookies anyway. I just have my forum ones.
