Moderators hazelnut Posted September 8, 2011 Moderators Share Posted September 8, 2011 If you have problems uploading attachments and get an error message, try switching to the flash uploader instead of the basic uploader. See screenie below. I have already switched to flash unloader so only the basic uploader choice shows for me. P.S. Ignore my upload quota, it's that size for a reason. Moderators hazelnut Posted September 8, 2011 Author Moderators Share Posted September 8, 2011 You could try it and see I know basic uploader doesn't work for me in Opera. By the way, the flash uploader is good. Moderators DennisD Posted September 9, 2011 Moderators Share Posted September 9, 2011 Using Opera 11.51 I can't upload with either option. One gives a "no file selected" error. The other gives an "upload skipped" error. Tried with various jpg's as well.

The New Guy
Just a question - if I try to upload something and I've already gone past my upload quota, I can't upload anymore files even for new posts/topics? What you see is what you get.
Moderators hazelnut Posted April 28, 2012 Author Moderators Share Posted April 28, 2012 No you cannot. For pictures, screenshots etc just use a hoster such as Pixpipline or Igmur and post the link for it. The New Guy
I see. So once that's all used up, I cannot upload anymore files from this forum and must use an external file up loader to upload like photobucket? ...could at least make our uploads unlimited - would be much easier and quicker too so I don't have to go to photobucket to grab the direct link just to show you a picture or two... What you see is what you get.
Moderators Andavari Posted April 28, 2012 Moderators Share Posted April 28, 2012 I no longer bother using the forum for pictures and instead use a free image hosting site. The main reason being non-members will never see the pictures hosted by the forum, and regular members have to be logged in to see them.

The main reason being non-members will never see the pictures hosted by the forum, and regular members have to be logged in to see them. I've been wondering why I can´t upload images more ... both disbanded? only personal using other pic-uploader and not longer picupload forumintern? Moderators hazelnut Posted April 5, 2013 Author Moderators Share Posted April 5, 2013 If you cannot upload images anymore using the forum uploader, it could be because you have used up all your forum upload allowance. Use an image hosting site instead. trium
can it be that your file-uploader does not work anymore, if you have already used the maximum of 1.95 mb? i have just my "attach-file-space" deleted complete and now are my 1,95 mb free for new uploaded pic? is this right? I thought that i can always upload a picture, as long as it is less than 1.95 mb look at the pic... do you have so little memory for available? Moderators Andavari Posted February 15, 2015 Moderators Share Posted February 15, 2015 do you have so little memory for available? That's why I've always stated to use a free image hosting site instead of uploading images/pictures to the forum.
