hayc59
posted at BBR forum by A user posted on GRC about his Flash 8 settings going back to default settings. One suggested it might be CCleaner causing this. Sure enough if Macromedia Flash Player is checked under Applications | Multimedia it detects the settings.sol files for deletion. If this file(s) are deleted Flash goes back to the default settings. So if you have set Flash to not store any files or deny access to webcam, etc, if the settings.sol file is deleted you will be vulnerable again unless you go and set them again in settings manager. http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,14882152 9.11.01'Never Forget'Microsoft® Windows Insider MVP
