Winapp2.ini additions

Suggested enhancement to the Trim function of Winapp2ool:

Provide a White List function that tells the Trim to NOT trim "white listed" cleaning functions.  This would overcome the situation where the Detect and/or DetectFile of certain modules disappears during a cleaning but can reappear on a Windows or third party application update.  For example:

1.  A new Winapp2.ini is issued/trimmed and install.  At this point in time, no Dell folder is present at/on C:\.

2.  Then Dell issues a new driver update which is then installed.  This creates a Dell folder on C:\.  This folder and its content is no longer needed after the driver is installed.  However, the cleaning module in Winapp2.ini or a user's Custom.ini  is not present because it was trimmed out in (1) above.  The user must wait for the next Winapp2.ini release/trim for Winapp2.ini to insert that cleaning module to remove the C:\Dell folder.  

There are several modules like this in Winapp2.ini and also in my Custom.ini file where this exists.  A Trim White list would obviate this problem.

I see that in today's update that the new Chromium based Edge entries are now LangSecRef=3006 which looks good in the list and comes up in the Edge Chromium section.

For consistency, should the following old non-chromium Edge entries be changed to LangSecRef=3005 rather than 3022? They would then go into the Microsoft Edge section that would appear underneath of the Windows section in the list.

Unfortunately they won't appear under the original Edge located in the Windows (tab) of CCleaner. They'll still be listed in the Applications (tab) near the bottom under a Microsoft Edge listing.

For what you created here's the correction, you already have LocalAppData listed, so CCleaner already knows to look into the Local folder. You can right-click the entry listed in CCleaner and select Analyze and it will list what's found in the clean window to verify it works - this is of course after you've already used Caprine first to generate the files you want CCleaner to clean.

Since it's obviously an updater folder you can cheat if no update is available and generate your own file in that folder by simply creating a blank .TXT document in the path, and then analyze with CCleaner to insure it finds it, then the entry should work after testing - anyways that's what I do for testing.

- Use "Open" and navigate to the CCleaner installation folder (C:\Program Files\CCleaner).

The use of the semicolon (;) is not always invalid. If wildcards are also used, it may be used. Please see example 5: https://www.ccleaner.com/docs/ccleaner/advanced-usage/ccleaner-ini-files/how-to-exclude-items-from-ccleaners-cleaning.
