Not to offend, but your post is way to much stuff at once; yes, much of what you listed is cleaned and much isn't, but to parse that entire list would be time consuming for the, wholly voluntary, community members, and is frankly something one could, if wanted, do one's self easier than we could.

I'd love to answer in questions in your text above the list of items, but am, like most of the 21st century residents, lost on posts which are so wordy (the common nomenclature for such a post being tldr (too long didn't read)). Again I don't mean to offend but try compressing your thought. thank you.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

New Language file entry.

Question Winapp2:

Can you perhaps make one file of all the Lanuage Files entries obtained ?

I am sure there are a couple of people that will contribute as well to that file.

Unless SAS changed something in the latest release, removing the unneeded languages causes SAS to think it has a new program update available because it cannot find the missing languages. So when you update, the languages are put right back in. That's kind of a pain in the butt if you are running real-time protection or automatic check for updates with SAS Pro.

Windows 10 x64 Pro on ASUS Maximus VIII Extreme motherboard, i7-6700k CPU,H220 X2 Liquid Cooler, 64 gbyte RipJaws DDR4 3200 RAM, Samsung 970 Pro NVMe M.2 500 gbyte SSD + Samsung 850 Pro 512 gbyte SSD, EVGA RTX 3060 Titan graphics card (Home Built System);  Windows 11x64 Pro on 512 gigabyte Dell XPS 15 2-in-1 Laptop/tablet and Dell XPS 8940 PC.  ASUS RT-AC88U router, 14 tbyte WD My Cloud PR2100 NAS Server, 200 Mbps cable Internet, MS Edge Chromium, MS Office 2021 (Local), Casper 11, DisplayFusion (3 Flat Panel Displays per system):   Latest Bitdefender Internet Security, Quicken, Weather Watcher Live, ThumbsPlus 10, Sticky Password 8, WD Smartware, CyberLink PowerDVD23, MSI AfterBurner, Rainmeter, 8GadgetPack, and many more.

Some security programs consider the removal of lang files as missing files and that the installation is either broken or tampered with.

Windows saves the source from where some programs are installed: http://i.imgur.com/EipHkOa.png

Using RegScanner I found the following: http://i.imgur.com/4HEX1oT.png

After I deleted the InstallSource key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{4E76FF7E-AEBA-4C87-B788-CD47E5425B9D}: http://i.imgur.com/vcqSgtu.png

It's gone!

Maybe a rule could be:

[Windows Software InstallSource*]
LangSecRef=3025
Detect=HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
Default=False
RegKey1=HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\*|InstallSource

Somewhere is a mistake I'm not able to spot right now. Maybe you could help.

Another thing is the registered user but I don't think CCleaner should remove it. RegScanner: http://i.imgur.com/q5ESTOO.png

Removed key RegOwner in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield_{758C8301-2696-4855-AF45-534B1200980A}: http://i.imgur.com/6sB7SKB.png

Rule:

[Windows Software Owner*]
LangSecRef=3025
Detect=HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
Default=False
RegKey1=HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\*|RegOwner

Also some mistake. Sry ^^

Some new stuff:

[shareX Backup*]

FileKey1=%Documents%\ShareX\Backup|*.*|RECURSE
FileKey2=%Documents%\ShareX|*.bak

if im not mistaken, by deleting this key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\*

you won't be able to uninstall any software because it cannot find uninstaller location

That could be a problem. It might be that the Installer uses this information but I'm unable to test it right now.
