Nergal you left a URL tag :P

doh! oh well let it ride I say.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

I think Detect1 is enough, ccleaner should automatically check the Wow6432Node

Gotcha and thanks on the Detect1 being enough....was not sure.

ALSO, please change the ** to a single *. I use the ** to signal my private customizations and sometimes forget to change to * when I post here. Sorry! :wacko:

The detect key for this entry doesn't exist here on Win7:

[TomTom*]
LangSecRef=3021
Detect=HKCU\Software\TomTom
Default=False
FileKey1=%LocalAppData%\TomTom\HOME3\cache|*.*|RECURSE
FileKey2=%LocalAppData%\TomTom\HOME3|Log.txt
FileKey3=%AppData%\TomTom\HOME\Profiles\*|Log.txt

The only usable reg detect key I have is HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\tomtomhome

New:

[Microsoft Security Essentials (Old Defs)*]
LangSecRef=3024
Detect=HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft Antimalware
Default=False
Warning=This will make it impossible to roleback to the previous definition files.
FileKey1=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft\Microsoft Antimalware\Definition Updates\Backup|*.*

I'm not sure about the LangSecRef= number, don't know if it's better suited under "Utilities" or "Windows".
