defraggler

shankle

Recommended Posts

1st I am having a bit of difficulty finding the Defraggler forum.

When running Defraggler (V2.03.282) and there are no more files

to defrag it keeps on running when it is at about 75% done.

Shouldn't there be a way to stop it then or shouldn't it

automatically go to EOJ.

This is probably in the wrong place but I have no idea.

If you move it I probably won't be able to find it.

Thanks for Defraggler and Ccleaner.

I moved it, however I also left the link in the original forum area so you could find it - well that's what we do when moving topics anyways.

Hi

Several things.

There was not a link in the moved message for me to find this message.

I posted incorrectly in the Piriform page using the name Shankle.

How many sign on Ids do I have to have for Piriform , Ccleaner and Defraggler.

At the present time I now have two sign on Ids. One for the Ccleaner Forum

and now one for Piriform. I suppose I need another for the Degraggler Forum???

Thanks

It doesn't work that way. There isn't a link left for you to manually follow.

When you click on the old thread link you are taken automatically to the new location.

Regarding having more than one account to access different sections of this forum, it's actually strictly against forum rules to have more than one account.

You must be using a link which takes you directly to one section of this forum when you should be accessing the main page, from where you can navigate to various CCleaner, Defraggler, Recuva and Speccy sub forums.

Use this one:

http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?act=idx

Which of your accounts would you like to keep, as the other or others will have to be deleted? People usually like to keep a particular username which is why I'm giving you the choice, so please post back here and let me know.

Thanks.

Thank you DennisD.

I started out on the Ccleaner forum with a username of Shankle.

I would like to keep it and delete the one for the username of JPS.

Sorry for the confusion. No wonder I was having problems.

No worries, and thanks for posting back.

If you get lost in a particular forum section, you can get back to the main page by going top left and clicking "Forums" just beneath the IP Board banner.

If you need to know anything about using the forum, or forums generally, just post a question in the lounge, and we'll do our best, or have a look at the forum guide, the "help" link just beneath your username next to "sign out".

:)
