detect old chrome versions

Chrome silently updates itself in the Appdata/Local directory and leaves all the old versions there, each eating about 100 precious MB. Especially it's observable on Dev channel.

CCleaner could detect those older versions and offer to remove them.

This is a little difficult to achieve as each chrome leaves behind a different folder name (the version of chrome) and ccleaner works on a detect x file or registry key and delete basis.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

Google Earth demanded that I allowed it to update.

I allowed the update.

Without warning or authority it additionally installed Chrome.

Within a few minutes I spotted the extra unwanted carbuncle,

and I eradicated both it and Google Earth which let it in.

Chrome does not need cleaning - it needs destroying ! ! !
