DaveBlack
Hi all, I noticed in the release notes for the latest version of CCleaner: <quote> v3.00.1303 (28 Oct 2010) - New CCleaner 64-bit native EXE. </quote> However, when I downloaded and installed it (from Piriform), and ran it, it still ran as a 32-bit app (under WOW64). I want to download the x64 version. Where can I find and download this version? TIA Dave
Aethec
Uninstall CCleaner, then install it again - that did the trick for me. It installs both "CCleaner.exe" and "CCleaner64.exe". Piriform French translator

That worked perfectly! Thank you for your reply
Moderators Andavari Posted October 28, 2010 Moderators Share Posted October 28, 2010 The 32-bit and 64-bit are an all-in-one inside the installer, hence the reason the installers grew in size.

Yes, but the installer installs everything (including CCleaner64.exe) in C:\Program Files (x86)\ if it's an update from CCleaner 2.x Piriform French translator
ishan_rulz
This should be fixed. I just read this and realized that it had installed in the (x86) folder. O.o Simplicity is hard.
