Dang, If you were using express I was going to tell you to get Thunderbird and be done with it(TB has awesome spam filters). :D

I haven't ever had any major problems with spam(maybe 2-3 a month) so I never really needed any kind of spam filter.

If your on Outlook 2003 you dont need a seperate program. You can set up its built in spam filters. Here is a great tutorial:

http://www.sitedeveloper.ws/tutorials/spam.htm

If your not on the newest version than you could try this:

http://www.download.com/SpamFighter/3000-2...tml?tag=tab_pub

http://www.download.com/Cactus-Spam-Filter...tml?tag=tab_pub

or

http://www.download.com/All-in-One-Secretm...tml?tag=lst-0-2

(This one does a lot more than block spam, so you may or may not want the other features it has).

If you can I would try to configure outlook, if not than look into one of those programs.
