LilleCarl
Since recuva is a backup application mostly it should have support for cloning drives, i mean like i put another drive to my pc and want it just as a complete backup of all on my disk, make it bootable.... and then i could just take it out and store it if i get harddrive failure // LilleCarl

Moderators Nergal Posted June 18, 2010 Moderators Share Posted June 18, 2010 uh yeah, I'm not sure where you get it's a backup program at all; can you explain to us how you came to this conclusion? ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. Moderators Andavari Posted June 18, 2010 Moderators Share Posted June 18, 2010 If you're looking for good freeware hard disk backup/clone software I'd recommend looking into Macrium Reflect Free Edition and/or DriveImage XML Private Edition Free. Moderators hazelnut Posted June 20, 2010 Moderators Share Posted June 20, 2010 Lille, Recuva is a FILE recovery tool. It is not for recovering or cloning your hard drive.
