Building file list stays at 0%

Hi all,

 

Just installed the program and so far so good. It is pretty quick and painless.

 

One thing though is that for one of my drive the program simply won't do anything. I've defragged several partitions on one of my drive as well as defragging another one entirely.

 

All of them are internal except for the external for which nothing happens. If I click on '"Analyse" it will stay pt at 0% and if I just click "Defrag" it will also stay put at 0%.

 

The program doesn't seem to crash or hang it's just that nothing happens. I can close it but I have to kill the process also.

 

This external drive is plugged in through Firewire.

 

Any suggestions?
