sudsmeister
Hi all, This is my 1st post here. I need some guidance on this: Currently I'm using a 2wire ADSL modem router... its good but only on G standard. Now, I'm thinking of getting the Belkin or Netgear N wireless router for my wireless networking. Question: 1) How can I configure this new router to co-exists with my modem router? (logically I think I've to disable all routing functions on the 2wire, if that is possible?) Any help is appreciated. thx, sudsmeister
Moderators DennisD Posted March 1, 2010 Moderators Share Posted March 1, 2010 Hi sudsmeister, and welcome to Piriform. As there's been no response to this I'll have a go with just the knowledge I have from my own router, which is a Belkin. If you access your router settings, do you have this option somewhere in there: I've no idea if this is a common option with all modem/routers, but I'm guessing it probably will be, and would this do what you require?
