Delete *.bak files

Is there a setting in CCleaner that will delete backup files with the extension bak?

Thanks.

This extension in question is the HyperCam files that HyperCam makes and deletes, but if the recording is not done it will leave behind. CCleaner will not delete them, however.

I don't use HyperCam. However, bak files are created by many programs.

On the whole system no it won't. CCleaner doesn't search the whole system partition for files deemed as "junk" extensions, which in turn makes it much safer instead of blindly deleting files. Not all .bak files are junk however.
