kimsland
I have just downloaded the excellent new tool: Speccy My first thoughts were, fantastic an easy to use and view, system specifications tool, which I can quote to others that require this information whilst supporting them on a computer tech forum I note, that I already quote link to the brilliant CCleaner (that has just updated to include cleaning of Windows DNS cache, among many other new updates) To quote CCleaner and Speccy, from basically a single location > Piriform, is ideal But What's this: Save Snapshot > .speccy? Oh no that won't do. How am I going to ask them for a LOG of their "system specifications" when they can't create one? All I require is a text readout, from using this tool (Not "speecy", or just in case, not HTML and not even a Screenshot) I hope that Speccy, will have an option for .log, else I (and all tech forums) will not quote it to Users Please introduce a LOG report option, so as Speccy can be used on computer tech forums, otherwise (sadly) it won't be mentioned. Thanks for reading my suggestion kimsland
Keno69
Yes I agree with kimsland a saved log file would be ideal. Even the Speccy file is unreadable. Desktop WinXP SP3 IE 7.0 Laptop Vista Home Premium SP2 IE 8.

Thanks for reading my suggestion kimsland This is a great utility, however a "printable" log is a must. I work on lots of systems and a hard-copy of the specs for each would be awsome. Keep up the good work Piriform
