N96
Hi All, I need to recover some deleted pictures from my Nokia N96 phone. I am running XP and have installed the software with no problems. However when i select my phone from the file path the "OK" button greys out so i am unable to go any further. This is frustrating as the phone and it's directories are visable, just i am unable to click ok to perform a scan. The phone is connected to the PC via a USB and put into PC Suite mode. Can anyone help? I would be very grateful, thanks in advance.

Lumps
Anyone please? Try turning off phone and putting memory card in a USB card reader and my computer will recognize it as a storage card and you will be able to copy files that way. I have a Nokia 6265I and I can use Pc Suite USB Card reader or not turn on Nokia PC Suite just let My Computer recognize it in XP. N96
Hi Lumps, Thanks for the reply. Unfortuantely i don't use a memory card, the N96 has 12gb of internal memory so i have never felt the need to use a card, so the images were stored using the "mass memory" of the phone. Moderators Augeas Posted September 23, 2009 Moderators Share Posted September 23, 2009 Accoring to a recent post, and a little reasoning, that's the answer. Recuva can't access phone internals.
