Trouble with ccleaner

So I payed my monies and registered with "ccleaner', the I go to use it. I opened "ccleaner" up, the window came up, I try to run it and the window disappears and no "ccleaner" runs. Multiple attempts and it will not work. I try to send a message to "ccleaner' and a screen pops up telling me there is a runtime error. So far, I am not impressed with "ccleaner", can you guess why? Any suggestions? Thanks, David

Make sure that "Close program after cleaning" is not checked in Options > Advanced.

Yes, there is a problem with the CCleaner.com contact form.

Maybe if one of the Admins see this topic they will fix it.

 

(For the Admins: the problem is recreated by taking some time writing a message and clicking send)

What OS are you using?

What version of CCleaner are you using?

Did you save ccleaner to your desktop and install it there, or did you choose 'run' from the download choice?
