aqua
you guys thins this new version is using too much memory?
Icedrake
All of the Opera 10 Beta versions have been using too much memory for me, and they've been sluggish for me (the program itself not the internet), which is why I switched back to good ol' Chromium. Works great!
aqua
well is fast for me,,,but when i look at task manager and the resourses taken,,

Icedrake
Yeah it's different than SrWare Iron. Here's the download link: http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/snapsho...rel-xp/?C=N;O=D Download the latest build and install it. It also doesn't have any of the privacy issues like Chrome. aqua
well just tried..it uses less resources,,but ad-muncher don't work with it,,have a lot of popouts with it.. is not as fast as opera..
Icedrake
I find it faster than Opera for some reason. Weird. Use AdSweep with it to block ads: www.adsweep.org

TeeJay3800
Is it just me, or does performance seem to vary from build to build? Build 1651 seemed very fast, but 1679 didn't seem near as fast to me. Now that 1691 has been released, it seems very snappy again. What's up with that? Dell Latitude D600 Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit SP1
aqua
what about memory consuming?..i haven't tried this version yet..
TeeJay3800
It's currently consuming 34MB, but I've never seen a peak usage over 80MB. Dell Latitude D600 Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit SP1
