That means that you'll get the best performance from your PC if your most-used files are placed at the beginning of the drive. Defraggler enables you to move large files to the end of the drive. Typically these large files are video or storage files, so they're not used very often. By moving them to the end of the drive, you're freeing up 'fast space' for files you use far more often.
