hanjingheng
I can't seem to get the client to unistall, either through Windows control panel or through CCleaner. It keeps looking for a source file evidently on a network server, can't find it (I am not on a network), and won't complete the uninstall. When the client was intalled, I was a consulting client's site and needed remote access to their network. I run Vista 64bit, and their standard Citrix client would not work. I let the infrastructure guys install the Citrix client for me, and now I can't seem to remove it. Does anyone know what I can do to get it off of my machine? Moderators hazelnut Posted February 3, 2009 Moderators Share Posted February 3, 2009 I am afraid I don't know much about Citrix servers. I found this page perhaps it may be of some use. Moderators Nergal Posted February 3, 2009 Moderators Share Posted February 3, 2009 I too had issues using ccleaner to remove (uninstall) Citrix but luckly was able to uninstall it with the Programs Control Panel on Vista32. Please let us know what you learn when you resolve this ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
