mikef Posted July 25, 2005 Share Posted July 25, 2005 I have installed CCleaner on a Toshiba laptop tunning win 98se. I asked it to analyse the computer and then ran CCleaner. After running it, the desktop went crazy opening display functions, the bottom toolbar moved to the top of the screen and I had to shut down as I could not control anything on the computer? When I try to restart now, the computer kicks in to safe mode and I cannot boot normally. I don't see any feature in the software to return to a pre CCleaner mode.
