Moderators Andavari Posted September 30, 2008 Moderators Share Posted September 30, 2008 I wish the setup would create an install.ini file that upon the next update would know the previous selected items during installation.
Moderators Nergal Posted September 30, 2008 Moderators Share Posted September 30, 2008 Anda really? if you use the installed version it don't remember??? That's soooo wack. I use the portable and it always remebers when I update (maybe is cause CCleaner.ini instead of reg entries? oh I understand you mean remember things in the install that are different meaning becasue you do custom install and say things to do and not to do but the next install you have to do the same things casue it goes default on you. DOH my bad sorry tired today I guess ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
