I run the (sometimes) hourly builds of Chromium and thought that would show up the same as Chrome. Unfortunately, it doesn't. Would it be possible to include support for Chromium as well? I just figured the settings would be the same for both, but, apparently not. I'm not exactly sure which files I should be deleting. They are virtually identical. All CCleaner developers would have to do is change "Chrome" to "Chromium" in their cleaning algorithm. I have inspected the SQLite database files and the way Chrome saves is virtually identical to Chromium.
