ahh
Hey guys, i think i made a horrible mistake. I went through with CCleaner but would like to reverse what i just did ? Is that possible ? I have a program called adobe audition, and it had a couple recovered "session" files Each time the program started it prompted me if i wanted to continue one now, or continue it later. I always chose later, knowing i could do so. But CCleaner got rid of them?
Jamin4u
Hello ahh, and welcome to the forum. If you used normal file deletion you could try Recuva: http://www.recuva.com/ But you must work fast so the files aren't overwritten. The following applies to CCleaner. In Cleaner>Applications>uncheck adobe audition so it won't be cleaned. Analyze before cleaning, to make sure you don't have to exclude any other part of adobe audition. ahh
Adobe audition doesn't seem to a visible program under "Applications" ? All i did was click on the "Run Cleaner" button I'll try ReCuva, thanks for the help. Although i think i should mention, i ran Defrag, after CClean, I'm in the middle of a hijackthis run through. Jamin4u
I'm sure Defrag didn't help any. But its still worth a try. YoKenny
Where does Adobe Audition store its "session" files? If it is in any Temp or Tmp Folder then CCleaner will clean it. Jamin4u
I like the way you stated this YoKenny. Where does Adobe Audition store its "session" files? If it is in any Temp or Tmp Folder then CCleaner will clean it. I tried to say the same thing. Analyze before cleaning, to make sure you don't have to exclude any other part of adobe audition.
