Error 1327 Invalid Drive:G

I keep getting this message when I try to install a program that allows me to get my computer from work at home.

 

I have run all the I have run the regestry checks and did all the CCleaner steps....

 

How can i get rid of this error??????

We'll need a bit more info.

 

What OS are you using?

What is the remote software?

What is the error code and/or message?

Sorry...62 Yr old non computer wiz........

 

Using Windows XP

 

The remote software or program is CITRIX it allows me to go into the computer at work from home......

 

The error code and message is Error 1327 Invalid Drive:G

They offer a number of programs, can you put exactly which Citrix product?

 

I did find this page from Citrix to possibly start with.

Do you have Windows installed on drive other than "C"? Also have you recently installed something to a drive "G"? If you have a drive "G" it's probably a flash drive or some other removable drive or device. During the install does the program ask you where to install to? If it does, it should give you a "browse" button so that you can choose "C:\Program Files" directly.

 

You might give that a try and also post the name of your product so I can see if there is more info.
