windows defender

I just downloaded the newest version and it scans the windows defender scan history folder until it says it has accessed a folder it shouldn't have access to and then has to close.

what to do?

Is that a Defender message (don't think I've ever seen CCleaner produce that message)? What exactly does the message say and does CCleaner run fine if you close Defender?
