Any idea what the change log is??? I'm just wondering.

I looked at Wikipedia and got this:

Any more indepth answers than that???

This report documents the results of my analysis of Internet Explorer and Firefox vulnerabilities over the past few years

since Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP SP2 became available and Mozilla launched Firefox.

http://www.ditii.com/2007/11/30/analysing-...-vulnerability/

This patch for Firefox prevents Firefox from accepting bad data from Internet Explorer. It does not fix the critical

vulnerability in Internet Explorer. Microsoft needs to patch Internet Explorer, but at last check, they were not planning to.

Mark Griesi is quoted in Infoworld saying ?We don?t feel that there?s an issue in IE, and therefore, there?s nothing to be

fixed.?

Mozilla recommends using Firefox to browse the web to prevent attackers from taking advantage of this vulnerability in

Internet Explorer.

Just in Firefox. Yes, i can login in by "Internet Explorer".

I think it's the cookie problems, however, i have set in my Firefox

to accept "FaceBook" cookies, unfortunately, still can't log in..

See if you can log in if you use Firefox safe mode, this will rule out an extension causing it (to open FF safe mode go to Start>All Programs, find Firefox in the list and it will have two options listed, one will be Firefox safe mode).

Thanks for your reply.

Can i use Firefox safe mode for net surfing ?

Or better switch it back to the normal version that will be much safe ?

Is this update crashing a lot for anyone else. Its happening on sites with embedded youtube videos a lot and sites with lots of stuff going on like rolling stone, ect.

Working ok for me with the video thing, and I've just had a trawl around Rolling Stone with no probs.

Hmm.. I'm not sure. Its crashed like 5 times now by doing the same thing. I've played an embedded youtube video on one site and then went to rolling stone and they have videos with youtube there and then the browser crashes. I have the newest flash and everything. I'm not really surprised though, I've had pretty bad luck with ff 2 in the past.
