In the UK, a 250GB HD is still quite a lot. Most, if not all PCs sold now though, come with 512MB minimum RAM, so 1GB RAM is excellent, especially if someone wants to upgrade onto Vista with it. Most computers come with DVD/RW, so the CD/RW is a bit outdated, but still a good company (I have the same one ). No idea about the graphics card or processing chip. A 19 inch monitor will probably be around ?100. I reckon you could get maybe ?400 but thats a very rough estimate. http://www.lavasoftusa.com http://wiki.lunarsof.../PC_Maintenance
Moderators Andavari Posted August 12, 2007 Moderators Share Posted August 12, 2007 Most computers come with DVD/RW, so the CD/RW is a bit outdated Yeah but a very decent DVDRW drive is dirt cheap nowadays such as a LITE-ON, etc. They can be bought online at places like Newegg.com sometimes in the upper $30 USD price range and the price of the unit doesn't really reflect it's actual quality. JAGO
Probably around 400$, if you have it running well and have all your favorite software installed, 450$ USD. The video card is a huge kicker though.
