Computer turns its self OFF

My system is turning its self off

 

my system has missing files

and this is what my system has

 

 

 

Intel p4

256 ram

80 gig hdd

2 dvd burner

 

help needed fast

When? Randomly? Running a specific program or task? After a period of inactivity?

What operating system and what seems to be missing?

the missing files are from the system32 folder thats what it says

 

and it shutsdown while looking in the internet

Are you getting error messages? If so what do they say?

When you say the computer is cutting off on its own do you mean its crashing or actually turning completely off? If its actually loosing power completely then its probably hardware related.

i am getting no error messages it just complety turns off and restarts
