I was just looking at my bank account and saw a withdrawal for CC Cleaner for November 8, 21019. It said my version expired around November 21, 2019. I don't remember ever getting the professional version at all. All I ever wanted was the free version. I keep seeing notices about the Professional version expiring. I looked at my account and it's set for automatic renewal. I never authorized that. How do I get a refund for this November 8 payment?
