go to Start > Run > type in 'RegEdit' there's a built in search feature, go to Edit > Find (at the top) and search for Mozilla, Firefox No search link available in RegEdit on my HP desktop page.

This did not work for me. No C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application. I still have the issue.
