Also, many files I need to download and work on are in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Powerpoint. How can I get back to these opening correctly? Thank you for your help!

I need more instructions on how to fix this. I am not a computer wiz.... Please help! All of the sudden, any document that I download and save, saves as ccleaner. The only other choice is "all files". I can't have this. I work from home and do tons of research.
