I would very much like to change the very week preset password for my new (4 weeks ago now) online account but due to your being "...in the process of upgrading our support system" cannot: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/articles/204044254-How-do-I-change-my-support-account-password-
The advice on the above page is to submit a request to your support team to manually change the password........not an especially secure system having to give my chosen password in writing to a person!
The above has been the situation for at least 4 weeks!
When might I expect to be apble to change my password in a secure fashion?
