Turns out that CCleaner563 is being blocked by Windows Defender "Smartscreen" filter but no warning message was issued on my desktop. Found out this when I attempted to install the CCleaner563 on my laptop and the warning message was issued. Turned off "Smartscreen" for apps on Desktop and successfully installed. Windows 10 Pro - About ready to completely disable Windows Defender . Microsoft Stikes Again !!!

Just downloaded latest version of CCleaner563 version 5.63.0.7540 and attempted to install. No luck , downloaded again and attempted to install using run as administrator. Still did not install or give any indication of activity. Reinstalled CCleaner562 with no problems.
