When I try to recover text files they only contain jibberish when I open them. I did recover to a thumb drive instead of the main drive of my computer where I originally created them Not sure if it matters but these files were deleted several weeks ago without me realizing it. I've attached an screenshot image of what the file looks like when I open it. Any help greatly appreciated. Basically if I don't get these recovered I will lose about $400 These files are .txt that I created with Notepad
