I've created a batch file to delete the arp cache, flush the dns and run CCleaner, but it would be nice to add the arpcache delete to CCleaner:
arp -d
netsh interface ip delete arpcache
ipconfig /flushdns
"C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner64.exe" /AUTO
The batch file needs Admin/UAC rights, but it works perfectly.
