@Dave CCleaner Yes, I am able to download. I also cut & paste the license key which populates fine. However, when I click on the "register" key, I get the message I referenced. Any additional advice?

I may have a similar problem. I have High Sierra 10.13.6 on my Mac. Had CCleaner free for Mac installed. Purchased CCleaner Pro and received download link. When I try to install pro version, nothing happens. I have uninstalled all versions and tried reinstalling Pro version. Still no luck. Get following error message when I try to upgrade to Pro: “The registration process failed to save the key file.” Perhaps I am doing something wrong?? Please advise how I can get Pro version up & running. Thank you.
