  1. Thanks, I was able to clean up the "ghost" startup program entries.
  2. CCleaner must be reading the list of inactive startup programs from somewhere. They don't appear anywhere in the current registry - only the enabled startup programs are in the current registry file. Would anyone be able to tell me where this list is being populated from? registry
  3. After upgrading my from Windows 7 to Windows 10, all of the disabled startup programs still display in the Startup tool window in CCleaner Professional 5.5.7108, but I am unable to either enable them or delete them. How can I remove the disabled entries from the Startup Tools list? I received the following message when trying to delete a disabled program.
