For Adobe Flash Player, CCleaner looks for the registry key: HKCR\CLSID\{D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000}
Check to see if you have that key.
AFAIK, for Shockwave & Avast AV, you need winapp2.ini entries. If you have them, check the detect keys. If you don't have them, you can get them here

I have Adobe Flash, Shockwave & Avast AV installed but none of these have boxes on the Applications menu. Please advise.

Can CCleaner be configured to delete all .bak and .wbk files?

Could you share the command to have ERUNT automatically create an entire registry HIVE each morning? Does it go in the start up file? Thanks.
