Problem solved, at least for me! I think these Windows 10 updates were interfering with the account authorization process. After I did these updates everything was resolved and the installation was done normally.

I use a standard account on windows 10 and when I install programs I type the admin password, it always worked well this way. It seems to have been modified in this new version.
