I checked and defragged the machine using command line tools and defraggler only starts and stops into the process. Any other ideas?

It is a brand new computer and the computer and health is excellent.

I have using defrag for many years now, never had a problem. I have a ACER Aspire with latest WIN 10. Now for this version the sectors are grey and after a few moments it crashed. Please inform me on how to fix the problem. Gregg
