I see, thank you for this information. However, I will mention that CCleaner won't run even as a normal account (standard or other administrator accounts) if the main 'Administrator' account is enabled.

Hello, This is a long time bug preset since the first build of Windows 10 and is still preset in Windows 10 Build 1809. Bug: If you activate the Windows 10 Administrator account using the below command: net user Administrator /active:yes And the run CCleaner (on any account), the CCleaner process will start but the user interface will not load, CCleaner won't show up on the screen. Workaround: Press Alt+F4 on the desktop and choose 'Switch User'. Login back to the same user and you will find CCleaner running.
