I am using the latest version of Defraggler on a Windows 10 x64 build. When I analyse the drive (NTFS) it will show only a few files as being fragmented. When I click on one of the red blocks, I can see a list about 50 miles long with all the files in that segment as being fragmented. The files are not locked on the system, but I do keep all of my files compressed with the "compact" command in Windows. I would like to know why the fragmented file count listed after analysis is rather small, but when I click on one of the blocks to list the files in that segment, all of the files in the segment are fragmented. Any help would be appreciated.
